Request default Force3D Radeon HD 4870 BIOS can you help? - 2010/03/04 10:25 My original stock BIOS was crash, so I need the original stock BIOS for the Force3D Radeon HD 4870 having 1GB of memory please. I would very much appreciate your help, a big thanks.

Sorry but we don't have this one ourselves as nobody shared it yet, so I am hoping someone who owns this particular graphics card will be so kind to take the time and attach the original BIOS on this thread. But you should just be fine using any other brands BIOS as most of these Radeon HD 4870's all shared the same BIOS and had no differences between the manufacturers.

Re:Request default Force3D Radeon HD 4870 BIOS can you help? - 2010/03/04 12:13 Well sorry but most should just work and I can't help really cause I don't have your graphics card to try all the different BIOS's out there. But initially all cards came with the same BIOS and only afterwards some did change due to different memory being used. What I would do is just try any standard Radeon HD 4870 original BIOS that I can find from any brand and try it out and one will certain work, or you wait till someone does share the Force3D.

Mmm, well if it doesn't boot at all, would you know how it gotten into that state? Cause really if you want to solve an issue you need to know how it gotten that way, if else you can try whatever and it might never work. And the standard BIOS's are just on our downloads section, so you can try any that you can download there and see what that gives.

Re:Request default Force3D Radeon HD 4870 BIOS can you help? - 2010/03/06 16:32 The last thing I know is when I was done installing the software RivaTuner and did restart my computer then suddenly appeared some rainbow color and then goes blank. I installed RivaRuner because it is require to see my GPU temperature in Windows 7 sidebar gadget. I don't really remember changing others settings, when I am turning on my computer no sign off booting and beeping.

Now since I doubt very much that the BIOS is the problem since I have checked it and it look okay I would feel that the problem is something else. Did you try the graphics card already in another system? If not can you do so to see if it makes any difference?
