HIS Radeon HD 3870 XT IceQ3, and can you fix the fan speed? - 2008/09/02 16:47 Anybody care to do a fan speed fix? This is the HIS Radeon HD 3870 graphics card but the Turbo version with the IceQ3 cooling solution. This card has 512MB of GDDR4 memory and running at 850/2380MHz speeds. But the fan speed should be fixed, so can anyone help?

Re:HIS Radeon HD 3870 XT IceQ3, and can you fix the fan speed? - 2008/09/03 07:05 I am not sure how this will go, I fixed the fan to be 50% at 25°C and at 60°C its at 100%. Make sure you have your original BIOS on the same medium as this one and also make sure you know how to recover a bad flash just in case. And good luck!

And have you tried the BIOS provided? Can you let us know how it went and what the outcome was? We would like to know at least how it did go, at least if you tried it.
