Radeon HD 2900 series BIOS modification with HEX editor? - 2007/11/14 20:46 Though I think you are a step further than I'm, perhaps this can help. I collected information across the internet and testing rounds etc... So far I know how to change 2D and 3D clocks and the 2D voltage using a HEX editor. So if you're interested in more details let me know. Sorry, but I'm too lazy to translate that if you don't need that.

Well HEX editing is for those who know what they are actually doing so most likely you didn't do the edits are required. Meaning you don't use backspace when editing but you only replace a value, if else you corrupt the BIOS in HEX mode.
