Euh, just don't... It is not the same chip and some process that was used to produce it so, really this is something that shouldn't be tried. Such flashing would be okay only if the same chip was used, but in this case the Radeon X1900 XTX used the R520 chip and the Radeon X1950 XTX the R580 chip which are just too different.
