GeForce 8800 GTS Video Card and Error Offset - 2008/06/27 05:07 I now have an offset problem with flashing an EVGA e-GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB BIOS. The first flash was in another PC as the BIOS froze with a buffer end. Trying to restore the card to normal state. It seems I can write to the BIOS but there is now an offset. Attaching the BIOS before flash and after offset file. Is there any way I can resolve this? I am using a motherboard with intergrated GPU. Writing to BIOS can't fix my problem. Will make a donation if restored!

Re:GeForce 8800 GTS video card and warning on BIOS flashing? - 2008/06/28 01:32 I have got it resolved, so no need to worry about this issue any more. I have just taken the option to actually erase the BIOS than reflash and it is resolved. Erasing the BIOS then reflashing restored it.

nvFlash v5.xx Commands...
"nvflash --eraseeeprom"

Sorry for being late and that you actually resolved it already, but I really got stuck with some personal issue to get around though not yet really there. But yes indeed good thinking to erase the BIOS as that would just reset it all and flash the BIOS when an offset would be somehow wrong.
